About Adriele Parker
I'm a leadership advisor, coach, and people & culture strategist with over 16 years of experience helping individuals, leaders, and organizations navigate complex decisions, change, and growth.
My work spans strategic advising, organizational development, leadership effectiveness, and culture. I partner with leaders and leadership teams when decisions have real consequences—when the stakes are high, the tradeoffs are unclear, and getting it wrong would be costly for people or the business.
I've worked with organizations ranging from startups to global companies, supporting leadership development, culture and engagement strategy, change management, and moments of transition such as scaling, reorganization, and evolving operating models.

What I'm Brought In To Do
Clients typically work with me when they need an experienced thought partner who can:
Help leaders make clear, grounded decisions amid complexity
Advise on people & culture strategy during periods of change
Support leadership teams navigating tension, growth, or uncertainty
Design and facilitate conversations, workshops, and offsites that lead to real alignment—not performative outcomes
This work often takes the form of strategic advising, consulting engagements, fractional support, coaching, or facilitated group work, depending on what the situation calls for.
Experience & Credibility
Over the course of my career, I've:
Partnered with 50+ organizations on leadership, culture, and organizational work
Coached and advised hundreds of leaders and leadership teams
Designed and facilitated workshops, offsites, and learning experiences for distributed and in-person teams
Supported organizations navigating growth, restructuring, and cultural evolution
Clients and partners have included leaders at organizations such as Google (including DeepMind and Waymo), Autodesk, Comcast, New Balance, Warner Bros. Discovery, Instacart, Ford, and others.
My work has been featured in Forbes, Fast Company, and Black Enterprise, and I've appeared on Lenovo's Late Night I.T. series.
How I Approach the Work
I don't offer one-size-fits-all frameworks or generic advice. I bring judgment, pattern recognition, and the ability to hold complexity—working alongside clients to clarify what matters, what's getting in the way, and what needs to change.
Whether I'm coaching an individual leader or advising an organization, my role is to help people make decisions they can stand behind—decisions that account for people, culture, and long-term impact, not just short-term fixes.
